Zlaten Kukhar Culinary School provides culinary arts education, offering various cooking classes and workshops. These include, but are not limited to, basic cooking skills, pastry and dessert making, regional Bulgarian cuisine, international cuisine, and private cooking events.

**2. Enrollment and Payment**

Enrollment in any class or workshop is subject to availability. Payment for courses is due in full prior to the start date of the class or workshop, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Zlaten Kukhar Culinary School reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Zlaten Kukhar Culinary School, a full refund will be issued to enrolled participants.

**3. Cancellation and Refunds**

Participant cancellations must be received in writing within a timeframe specified by Zlaten Kukhar Culinary School policy. Cancellation timelines and any associated refund policies will be clearly outlined for each class or workshop upon enrollment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified deadline, though in some cases a credit may be offered for a future class.

**4. Conduct and Safety**

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times while on the premises of Zlaten Kukhar Culinary School. Any behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful to other participants or instructors may result in immediate dismissal from the class or workshop without a refund. Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by instructors.

**5. Intellectual Property**

All recipes, course materials, and other intellectual property provided by Zlaten Kukhar Culinary School are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without the express written consent of Zlaten Kukhar Culinary School.

**6. Limitation of Liability**

Zlaten Kukhar Culinary School is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants while attending classes or workshops, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Zlaten Kukhar Culinary School. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
